Meet Australia’s innovative digital games studios at Gamescom
Australia is hosting the Australian-Joint Country Pavilion at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany from 24–28 August 2022. Visit us to find out more about our digital games capabilities and meet some of our most innovative digital games studios, including:
- Melbourne based Big Ant Studios, one of the world’s biggest sports game developers and renowned for games such as the Tennis World Tour Game, Cricket 22 and an upcoming Rugby World Cup 2023 game.
- South Australian studio Mighty Kingdom is Australia’s largest independent games studio. It has released more than 50 games played by over 50 million players worldwide, and created games for Disney, LEGO and Snapchat
- Melbourne-based mod.io is a genuine game changer. Its modding technology helps players connect with game studios. By making user-generated content (UGC) more accessible and easier to monetise, mod.io is helping to take the global gaming industry in a whole new direction.
